Tracking number provided via email.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us at contact@mercicestvintagee.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for damaged items reported after this 24-hour window.

Item Condition:

We thoroughly describe the condition of each piece, including any flaws or signs of wear.

If you receive an item that doesn't match our description, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
